Aeration

Aeration can help improve your lawn in a number of ways. Aeration reduces thatch buildup by pulling plugs of soil from the lawn. This simple process breaks down thatch allowing oxygen and water to reach down to the root zone of the lawn. Aerating also improves drainage of surface water, compaction of the soil, and increases the effectiveness of fertilizers that are applied.

Core aerate by pulling 2″-3″ plugs from entire lawn area.

Deluxe service

Core aerate by pulling 2″-3″ plugs from entire lawn area, overseeding with premium quality grass seed, and apply fertilizer for rapid and healthy seed germination.
